Listening to Those Who Matter, When it Matters Most: Impact Measurement During COVID-19

But in-person research has been suspended due to COVID-19 and online surveys leave out 3.5 billion people who do not have access to internet. Global funders and sector leaders, spanning multiple sectors and countries, pivoted quickly to deploy and adapt remote surveys to connect directly to vulnerable populations. Lean Data has provided rapid and continuing feedback for the last few months to inform response to the crisis.
