With the goal of improving health outcomes, UnitedHealthcare is partnering with and investing in community-based organizations to address social determinants of health in communities across the country. To date, UnitedHealthcare has invested more than $500 million in affordable housing, including a recently announced $100 million Health + Housing Fund, and invested in Pay for Success programs addressing recidivism and chronic homelessness. As UnitedHealthcare evolves and dramatically expands our social impact investment work, we are broadening our focus to include initiatives and organizations that align health and human services, build system capacity, and address public health crises all with health equity as a foundational element to the work. Simultaneously, we are aiming to deploy capital through a variety of mechanisms. Join us for an engaging and interactive conversation with UnitedHealthcare leaders and our social services partners about how we are working together and the future opportunities we are pursuing to better address the needs of individuals, families, and communities.
