What if…remote leadership was your way forward?

The coronavirus crisis has forced many businesses to pivot how they bring products to market, their offerings, and how they lead their teams. Through organizational upheaval, many have realized there are limitations and opportunities for leading remotely. Once the lockdown lifts, many organizations will be enticed to go back to business as usual. Not so fast.

Internationally, many small to mid-size (SMEs) businesses have been operating remotely for years, not only to survive but to thrive. If you are starting a business, expanding, or seeking exponential growth, there are a multitude of advantages to a new business model.

In this interactive talk, Suzanne F. Stevens shares inspiring stories and strategies to achieve highly engaged teams, loyal customers, and symbiotic collaborators while creating an inclusive culture that is sustainable and has a social impact.
