In this session, we will be looking at alternative term sheets that more likely embrace triple bottom line approaches, fairness for entrepreneurs / investors, inclusion so that investors at a range of incomes can participate, and wealth building for more people.
The workshop will be highly participatory, with attendees welcome to bring their own experience, documents and cases as investors and entrepreneurs. We will have break-out sessions with smaller groups with experts on hand to explore different types of term sheets for investment and return.
The workshop leaders have raised and investments 1oos of millions and completed dozens of deals with conventional and alternative approaches.
