Work is central to who we are—yet our pathways into work, jobs, and careers are wildly disparate. The space, time, energy, and skill to engage in true “career exploration” is too often the domain of the privileged. How are people using new technologies to learn about their own strengths and job possibilities, learn and prepare, and connect to work—not just at the beginning of their careers but throughout their working lives?
